I like the software in this network and had accounts at Americas Cardroom and Black Chip Poker (the same netwotk). But i remind that the first deposit bonus rules are not so easy to clear for micro gaming players. But the freerolls are nice and i think i take a look on this site again again.

IMO it is not the only site where live chat is not good to resolve problems. I tried 888 live chat and if you are talking about deposit you will have an answer but don't come with other kind of problems they know nothing. However by phone you will find peoples that know their business.

The customer service is Party Poker even by phone they will always tell you i will report your problem to the department in charge. You will have an answer by mail after waiting sometime. Aww crap! Aww crap!

Just terminated my Americas Cardroom account.
Glad I never made a deposit there. A total waste of time.
Oh, and I have to tell you that I really do not like the attitude of their support workers whose native language is apparently not English.

This thread is a really good example of a great idea that someone comes up with and then hands it over to someone else to manage. ACR really should have thought this one through first... I mean, the guy who acts as the single point of contact for the first few days doesn't even respond to the comments from monsters and then he goes on holiday! Failing to plan is planning to fail.

I have no experience at all with this site and im not trying to excuse things,
but from what im aware of, in many cases when the englsh support is busy,
you are passed to support that are native in other languages having english as a second one.
The same thing can happen with all languages.

Hmm! Correct me if I am wrong, but today is 17th May. That is one day after 16th May. 16th May is the date that our friend at ACR official thread said they would be back and indeed commented, "see you on May 16th". I may be wrong...... But WPN is a little tardy in returning to the wondrous BRM.

Americas Cardroom or Winning Poker Network really needs to replace the majority of the clueless, lazy, uncaring, and unprofessional live chat representatives with the competent individuals.

I just loaded up ACR for the first time since February 2015 and the software was updated.

I am getting a security alert on the site's certificate: The name on the security certificate is invalid or does not match the name of the site.

The certificate is issued to: *.dbpn.com.

I asked a "Live Help" rep about it and he said "no idea". Shock

Maybe the link on the login page could be changed to "Live Rep" or "Live Bait" or "Live Free". Blink
